RETURN POLICY
The Mekro return policy allows you to return items purchased on our online store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please return the products in their original condition including the barcodes and packaging.
You are welcome to try on the product but do take adequate measures to preserve its original condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you should mail your product to the originate physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund will be initiated once the return request is approved by us.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 to 7 business days.
